What's More Important: Straight A's or Good Mental Health? Can You Have Both? If So, How?
Thriving on the Inside is a transformational and collaborative coaching experience for academically thriving Black teens and their caregivers. It will promote self-awareness, identity development, self-compassion, spiritual growth, and action-oriented strategies for managing stress/anxiety while developing healthy habits. They'll discover underlying factors in society that create the pressure to be perfect while learning how to lessen its impact. In addition, they'll receive help managing expectations, challenging negative internalized beliefs, while also strengthening their connection to their African heritage. Ultimately, they'll walk away with a more positive and deeper relationship with themselves, which in turn will impact everything they do.

Application Steps
Complete the application by clicking here or scroll down to the link below titled "Click Here to Apply"
After you submit the application, I will be in touch within 1-3 business days or less.
You and your teenager will be invited to an initial exploration call on zoom.
The exploration call is an opportunity for me to learn more about your teenagers current challenges, to answer any questions you may have about this process, and to offer you and your teenager support right where you are in this present moment.
Together, we will collaboratively assess if my services would be a good fit for you and your teen at this time or if another service would be a better fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program.
All spots in this program are on a first come, first serve basis. Your spot is only reserved once you sign the participation agreement and make your first initial payment (unless you choose to pay in full).
Scholarships and reduced fees are not available at this time but they may be in the future. Keep checking back!
